We offer the most safety conscious and environmentally beneficial fluorescent tube recycling service available. We aim to provide our forward thinking customers the highest standards to protect your workforce and the environment.

We do this by providing secure storage for tubes and bulbs which protect against breakages, the ability to quickly and safely crush the tubes on site, and to transport larger numbers of crushed tubes from the site to the permitted recycling and recovery sites of our associates.

We audit these treatment sites on your behalf to give you the confidence that your wastes are being dealt with in a legally compliant manner.

We do not believe our employees should suffer unnecessary exposure to mercury vapour which poor storage and transportation conditions, common in the tube collection and recycling industry, pose.

Services

The services we offer will depend on the number of tubes you generate.

For smaller producers we will provide a safe storage system - the TubeStore.  When the store is full we bring our own TubeEater to your premises and fragment the fluorescent tubes on site.  We then place the fragmented tubes in a drum for safe transport, and remove from your site to the accredited and licensed recycling facility.

For larger producers, or those customers who wish to service a number of their premises, we will supply the TubeEater - either sale or lease.  We will fully train your personnel in its use on delivery - watch our video to see how safe, fast, effective, mobile and easy to use this machine is.  We will supply you with drums in which to place bags of fragmented tubes, and the bags and filters required to safely operate.  When your drums are full we will collect them and remove to the accredited and licensed recycling facility.

Full Duty of Care compliance and audit trail are carried out for both these services.
